Archive 808 | Wolf Lane

Archive 804 is an upcoming co-working address shaped by a simple idea: that work should feel considered.

Set within a reimagined space, it brings together thoughtful design, natural light and a slower, more deliberate pace, a place to gather, to focus and to build.

Beyond desks and meeting tables, Archive 804 will integrate a wellness-led sensibility and a commercial kitchen designed for workshops, shared meals and cultural programming. It is conceived not just as a workplace, but as a platform, for conversation, for collaboration and for community.

Location

Set slightly removed from the primary retail frontage down Wolf Lane, Archive 808 offers proximity without exposure, a quieter, more considered position within the city grid. Public transport, retail amenity and parking are all within short walking distance.

Site

An existing two-level commercial building will be transformed into a design-led showroom and members’ workspace.

The project preserves and refines the structure’s inherent character, brick, volume and soffit, while introducing new glazing, portal entries, and a reconfigured internal layout. The basement and laneway interfaces are unlocked, creating an interconnected, highly considered hybrid space.

*Indicative plans above illustrate the proposed spatial configuration. All layouts and specifications remain subject to ongoing design development and approvals.

Proposed Vision

Archive 804 is conceived as a hybrid workspace, a commercial showroom layered with members-only working environments.

The basement is moody and textural: polished concrete, walnut and burgundy accents. A central shared table anchors the space, with kitchen display integrated into the experience.

Level 01 shifts lighter and softer. Open workstations, demountable material storage, and flexible meeting areas support collaboration and presentation. Curtains and layered materials allow spaces to contract and expand as required.
